Shipping Policy

RadGnarShred.com is a print-on-demand store. Every item is made to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Shipping rates and delivery estimates below are based on Printful’s standard shipping service.

1. Processing Time

All orders are sent to production within 1 business day of purchase. Printful typically fulfils orders in 2–7 business days before handing off to the carrier. Total delivery time = fulfilment time + shipping time shown below.

Customs & Duties (UK): Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees levied by UK customs. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.

5. Other Countries

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you are located elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us at orders@radgnarshred.com and we will do our best to help.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, Printful will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after the shipping confirmation for tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check your tracking link first. If the package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and any safe locations at your address.

If your order appears genuinely lost or significantly delayed, contact us at orders@radgnarshred.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
