Refund and Returns Policy

RadGnarShred.com is a print-on-demand store. Every item is produced by our fulfilment partner, Printful, only after you place your order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Our Standard Policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
  • Colour appearing slightly different on screen vs. in person

We strongly encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will provide a full replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • Defective or with a manufacturing fault (e.g. misaligned print, poor stitching)
  • Damaged in transit
  • Materially different from what was ordered (wrong item or wrong size sent by us)

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at orders@radgnarshred.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the fault or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days. Approved claims will receive either a replacement item shipped at no cost or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us at orders@radgnarshred.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel before production begins, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted to Printful.

4. UK & EU Consumers — Statutory Rights

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, please note that print-on-demand items produced to your specification may be exempt from the standard right of return under applicable law. We will assess each request individually and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

To exercise your cancellation right, contact us at orders@radgnarshred.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to cancel. Where a return is required, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

UK customers also have the right to make a complaint to the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or Trading Standards.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal). Processing time is typically 3–5 business days after approval, though your bank or PayPal may take additional time to reflect the credit.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations at your address. If the item is genuinely missing, contact us at orders@radgnarshred.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with our carrier and arrange a resolution.
